YITH Request a Quote Free can receive inquiries, but what happens after you receive them? Searching your inbox for quotes, unable to add form fields, and notifications sent to only one person—this enhanced plugin fixes these shortcomings all at once, allowing the free version to run a complete quote process.
The quotation record has been entered into the backend.
Every inquiry is saved into the backend "Quotation Record" list: who inquired, which products were inquired about, contact information, and messages. Centralized management eliminates the need to sift through emails. The list fields are designed for quotation scenarios, allowing you to grasp pending items at a glance.
Form Fields and Notification Customization
The "Form Fields" setting allows you to add custom fields to your inquiry form (e.g., company name, tax ID, quantity needed, etc., customizable by industry). For Notification Recipients, you can specify the main recipient and enable CC/BCC copies so both sales and management receive inquiries simultaneously. Display Settings control the button text and its placement.

FAQ
Is the YITH premium version needed?
No need. This plugin is designed for the FREE version of YITH Request a Quote and adds commonly used advanced features.
Is the old inquiry letter still there?
Notification letters will be sent as usual; this plugin is a "save an extra copy to the backend" function, not a replacement for the letter sending process.
Will custom fields appear in notification emails?
Yes. Responses for custom fields will be written to both the quote record and the notification email content.
