Giveme (Invoice Assistant) is a common value-added electronic invoice service in Taiwan. This provider integrates Giveme into the YS CART invoice provider framework: B2C personal invoices, B2B company invoices, mobile barcode carriers, charitable donations, cancellations, and inquiries are all completed in the YS CART backend.

Automated issuance and full lifecycle

Automatically generate invoices (or manually trigger) based on order status. After generation, the invoice number and random code will be written back to the order. When needed, you can directly cancel, re-issue, or query the latest status in the backend. Even if the Giveme API does not return the random code immediately, the plugin will query and supplement it promptly, ensuring the buyer always receives complete invoice information.

Unified supplier framework management

Share the YS CART invoicing framework with other invoice providers like SmilePay and Amego: invoice list, issuance rules, centralized log management; multiple vendors on the same site will only issue invoices based on enabled rules, avoiding conflicts.

What account is needed?

To apply for the Giveme Invoice Assistant service, obtain the API certificate and fill it into the settings page. It is recommended to practice issuing and voiding invoices in a test environment first.

Can it be installed at the same time as SmilePay?

Yes. The YS CART invoice supplier framework allows for multiple suppliers to coexist. The actual invoice generation is determined by the active suppliers and rules.

Will the invoice information be given to the buyer?
