Centralized management eliminates the need to sift through emails. The list fields are designed for quotation scenarios, allowing you to grasp pending items at a glance.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Form Fields and Notification Customization<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \"Form Fields\" setting allows you to add custom fields to your inquiry form (e.g., company name, tax ID, quantity needed, etc., customizable by industry). For Notification Recipients, you can specify the main recipient and enable CC\/BCC copies so both sales and management receive inquiries simultaneously.
